Mark Moran joined Litquidity in the fall of 2021 as Head of Growth & Operations. Previously, Mark worked as an investment banker advising on over $10 billion of mergers & acquisitions deals while working at Lazard and Centerview Partners. He is a licensed attorney in the state of New York. Notably, Mark was also a contestant on the first season of HBO Max’s “FBOY Island” where he was eliminated for being “too nice.”
A native of Virginia, Mark attended the College of William & Mary, where he was Captain of the Men’s Track & Field team, President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and named an Alvin P. Anderson Scholar. Immediately after William & Mary, he pursued a joint J.D./M.B.A. at the University of Virginia’s School of Law and Darden School of Business.
Mark currently resides in New York City. He is passionate about the democratization of finance, the preservation of track & field at the collegiate level, and Eastern North Carolina barbecue. Add on Linkedin and twitter.
